MISSION & VISION

​

Our mission is to love God and love people, and to accomplish both of these things by making Jesus known in accordance with the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20:

"18 And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (ESV)

Just as important is the attitude of Jesus toward the very young which we find in Luke 18:16 in where His disciples attempted  to stop some young children crowding Him, and in which   "...  Jesus called them to him, saying, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. "

Our vision is to equip people to be able to use their God-given gifts in service to the Kingdom, whether that be at the church, in their neighborhood, at work, or in their business. We aim to continue to be a church that is home to people (adults and children) from all backgrounds and walks of life, and to be a welcoming place where people are encouraged to know God, to serve, to connect, and to grow.
